-The Dexterity Attribute now gives +15 attack at 100 points instead of +16.*
-Players get +1 extra base attack rating.*
-Players get +3 extra base defense rating.*
-Players get +5 extra base attack rating per character level now.* So players get 501 AR at level 100 now instead of 105. NPCs are not impacted by this.
-Players get +5 extra base defense rating per character level now.* So players get 503 DR at level 100 now instead of 100. NPCs are not impacted by this.
* indicates a change requires an upload+copyover.
