-Removed the 1,000 stack change. There are issues. I'll fix later.
-Changed the way the hostile override flag works for affects. Some affects may work wonky until they are adjusted.
-Added Proto Burst for Lunar Sages. You can learn this at the trainer.
* indicates a change requires an upload+copyover.
