-Added a new free skill for Wizards which lowers the spell resistance for their spells. This should help with quad and group monsters. It is 50% weaker than Mages since Wizards are staff users.
-The attribute and some class/race damage bonuses from NPC are now halved.* This should help with the excessive damage until the class balancing is fixed.
