-Posture: Precision has been changed:
...for EAGER: more critical chance (32% now),
...for STEADY: the bleed reduction has been changed to be +25 (from 16) accuracy, and,
...for DETERMINED: is now +20% double criticals
* indicates a change requires an upload+copyover.
