-Holy Burning Recant's CD has been reduced by 50% and the reuse modification per level is 1% better.
-Divine Word now has wisdom damage scaling set to it. Previously, it was 0 wisdom scaling.
-Divine Word's level scaling has been lowered to allow for more gain for wisdom scaling. You still do significantly more damage now when compared to before.
