-Balm now applies a long term damage mitigation buff on use.
-Group mobs have had their current HP reduced by 66%.
-Quad mobs have had their current HP reduced by 66%.
The above two changes do not impact True Undead.
-Ethari's now do 100% more damage.
-Group monsters do less damage.
The above change does not impact True Undead.
