-Balm now heals wounds.
-Flay's CD is 120s instead of 240s and the training damage boost is 66% instead of 33%.
-Vein Siphon now applies a short term damage mitigation buff to the blood shaman.
-Hemophilia is now lower in CD and offers a better lower CD via reusemod reduction via training.
-Sanguine Purge does more damage.
-Septicemia does more damage, has a lower CD, lower delay, lowers risk by 100% (sets to rock solid), and explodes faster.
-Deathward has a lower CD, lowers risk instead of raising it, and also has a lower delay.
-Awakened Recovery Blood recovery passives are now stronger. You will need to log out and back in for them to reapply themselves.
-Clotting now applies a passive which reduces the size of wounds sustained. You will need to log out and back in for them to reapply themselves.
