-All parts of the frost metal should now be in the game. See 'help frost metal' for more information on how to get the components. The gear, ingots, chunks, and so on are in the Hall of Elements in the Merchant District. This will require grouping and will require time to do it - but be aware - this is the best armor in the game and will remain so for the foreseeable future with some corner case exceptions.
As a reminder:
For the frost-metal, we are going to be using new Time Code to track the cooldowns and resets for quests. So if you are able to take quests back-to-back, this is Not Good. Report it right away by sending me a DM and don't abuse it. If you abuse it, I will be very very very very very unhappy and very bad things will happen. It will be worse than when I run out of cheesepuffs and you know how I get when there's no cheesepuffs around (I have a bag on my desk right >now< a matter of fact!).
