-Adjusted a few spells that are of some interest to only the most powerfulest Mages!
-Group monsters now have double HP of Quad monsters. Previously, they were ~40% less.* These will be rebalanced after Actinate's rebalancing pass.
* indicates a change requires an upload+copyover.
