-All attribute maxes for the races are now the same: 100.
-Added a new mod type for Actinate to modify reuse times of specific abilities by seconds.
-Added mod types to set a player's position to STANDING, SITTING, and KNEELING.
-Made a toggle for some abilities that are hidden to be allowed to be executed.
-Automatic abilities which are gained via temp means no longer show messages saying you gained or lost them.
