-Secrets of the Tomes now gives +1 spell charge.
-Since Fuse has been removed, it has been replaced with Elemental Intensity. This is a short term buff that restores essence and has a chance to increase damage done by your spells. If you have a Scholarly Mage, please see me and I can grant you this skill!
