-Shockwave now does the proper damage while also scaling on the character level.
-The storming storm no longer decays in 15 seconds. It is set to the proper number - 15 minutes.
-Shockwave now has a 7 second delay.
-Chunks of orinsteel are now marked kept.
-Fixed a typo in a code place.*
-Made some updates to the following code while hidden/stalking/etc. This should be able to allow for better groupage follation all across the nation.*
-Item resets in rooms now default to always reset.*
-Abilities which kill monsters should no longer bypass the immunity checks, etc.*
-Mod types that modify buff duration can only do so one time.*
