-Fixed some issues with certain escape characters getting trimmed.
-Vacuous Delirium no longer displays item max messages upon summon.*
-A new quest requirement, pickpocket, has been added.*
-We can now flag quests to block certain races/classes.* IE: Rogues and Agents can't do the normal quests.
-A new quest requirement, backstab, has been added.*
-Added an AVH to set valid terrains for abilities.*
* indicates a change requires an upload+copyover.
