Muddling Mixtures Update 11/11/2018

Hi Everyone!

Since we will be having an influx of new players soon (hopefully), and the increased need for potions, I have updated Muddling Mixtures to insure Bunson has more potions on hand across the board. I may revisit this again soon and update him again.

Changes:
1. Updated min/max stock.
2. Bunson restocks 100% of the time.
3. Updated max on hand quantity.
4. Updated max on hand starting.
