-Writing. I may have 3 to 5 days left to get the basics done.
-Dispersion Field's abilities now have the proper range of 30ft.
-Fixed some issues with dispersion field: messaging and it no longer blasts the Wizard when it's summoned haha.
-Fixed a message error with ability cost modifications.*
-Transmit Kinecity now gets a small character level damage bonus to it.
