-Circulation is now different: it lowers delay and makes it so the target is healed when attacked. Also, if blood points are at or above 20, it will apply a Double Cast buff to the person. The heal on attack and double cast have a 25% chance to trigger. The CD has been increased.
-Vimecation is now different: it is still a HoT (it ticks faster), and also no longer DoTs the Blood Shaman. It applies the damage mitigation buff always, applies a 50% knockdown resist chance (up to 100% at max), and also, if blood points are 25 or above, it will apply a 10% Double Critical Chance buff on the target. This one is for you Elspeth!
-Double Crits are only checked if you already made a critical hit AND if you have the Double Crit Affect Type (ie: a buff that opens double crits).
-I had to make changes to the critical code for double crits to work. Report any funky stuff.
-The damage to refraction has been lowered. Testing at its finest!
-Fixed an exploit.
