-The decimal places in cost reduction are now more friendly.*
-If screen reader view is on, you no longer see cost reductions unless it was reduced to 0.*
-Coil now does more damage based on INT and character level. It also pulses on initial application.
-Essenic Blast now does more damage based on INT and is slightly more powerful when you train it.
-Frenzied Swipe's damage on attack now scales to character level(+75 damage at level 100 per hit).
-Howl's damage has been increased by a large amount. It also scales to CON and character level.
-Disembowel and Heart Devour's CD's have been lowered.
-The cryo boots are now immune to icy. Summon new boots for the update!
